83x43 inch cardboard cutout of Chief Lazy Boy in 1914. At the time, he was announced as an Honorary member of the “Adventurer’s Club”, a titled shared by America’s own Teddy Roosevelt. The Kansas City Sun newspaper described one of this adventures involving a night attack along with 2 Indian companions and his brother against a band of 200 Crow tribe members in 1876. Lazy Boy’s brother has been killed and he retreated with his brother’s body. The next day he brought reinforcements and left 100 dead.
